Uniden has proudly voiced its support in finding a cure for breast cancer, by donating $5.00 from every WDECT 2316 cordless phone sold, to the National Breast Cancer Foundation research fund.

Uniden is proud to release it’s new three-in-one car navigation system. The GNS 8350 is a navigation system, early warning safety system and multi-media player all in one.

Featuring the latest SIRF III GPS Chipset for powerful and fast performance, the new GNS 8350 delivers nationwide coverage of all streets, suburbs and points of interest, giving voice and visual guidance to any destination. It comes pre-programmed with half a million points of interest including restaurants, banks and post offices. Users can also store their own destinations. The stylish and compact GNS 8350 even offers a built-in early warning safety system featuring the location of dangerous black spots. Drivers are alerted to these areas on approach. Available in two stunning designs including a 5-megapixel and 7-megapixel model, these powerful cameras feature super-long operating performance that enable users to take up to 300 continuous shots using standard batteries.

Designed to capture high density digital images, photographers can shoot scenes in 15 automated shooting modes including auto, portrait, monochrome, sepia, sharpness and vivid settings. There is also a movie mode which records at 30 frames per second as a QuickTime Motion JPEG.
